A one-day course covering safe use of bandsaws, chopsaws, pillar drills and sanders while making a personalised kitchen chopping board from hardwood, with guidance on timber selection. Includes the mandatory Level 1 Health & Safety induction needed for future independent access to the machine shop. £130, 10am-4:30pm. This date shows zero remaining spaces, with a waiting list available via the course page. The main Workshop and Cafe are wheelchair accessible with a ground-floor toilet, hearing loop and blue badge parking available on request.
