Kenan Flannery and The Will To Live (IRL) with Chris Murphy (USA)

Dublin-born Kenan Flannery, 27, blends traditional Irish storytelling with atmospheric, cinematic production; this is the debut show for his new international ensemble The Will to Live, featuring Anthony Croft (violin), Gravedancer (mandolin/banjo) and Copper Kelly (bass), drawing comparisons to John Prine and Townes Van Zandt. Support comes from LA-based violinist/songwriter Chris Murphy, who has written over 500 songs across 15 albums and worked with musicians from Tom Waits' band and Wilco. 7:30pm at Leytonstone Social Club, tickets £12 via WeGotTickets.
