Pianist Janette Mason, a thirty-year veteran of jazz and pop who has worked as a session player for Oasis and Pulp, brings her trio - with bassist Jakub Cywinski and drummer Eric Ford - to East Side for her ReWired project. The set reimagines songs that matter to her, running from Gary Numan and David Bowie through to Kate Bush and Olivia Rodrigo, reworked through what reviewers call fierce and inventive arrangements. The recording has been nominated for Jazz Instrumentalist of the Year at the 2025 Parliamentary Jazz Awards and Best Jazz Recording at the 2025 Presto Music Awards. Doors from 8pm, music until 11pm. Tickets are £14.
