Instructor Randon Burns teaches the basics of turning between centres on the lathe; participants take home a handmade candlestick. Suits beginners to woodturning. Runs 6:30–9:30pm (3 hours) in Studio 2. Wear sturdy shoes/boots and jeans or similar (no trainers or shorts). Studio 2 has no step-free access and three flights of stairs. Refunds and date changes available up to one week before the course; no refunds for Covid or illness-related absence.
