Photobatik with Ummi Hoque

Join artist Ummi Hoque for a free taster in photobatik, a creative photographic technique that uses a resist to protect parts of the paper from developing chemicals, producing unique textures and patterns in the finished print. No experience is necessary and the session is aimed at beginners wanting to try something new. It runs as a one-off drop-in workshop at the Turbine Room, Walthamstow Wetlands, with a limited number of places available. The workshop forms part of Blackhorse Workshop's wider programme of free creative events for the local community.
