It's like I'm even if it's just exercising. Period flies by, I watch the daily news, Function up a little sweat for 20 to a half-hour and I'm done. I've already lost like 6 POUNDS. For not even using the air Climber method I probably could or should. As i get a little more motivated I'll intensify to the toning routine but right now I'm cool with pounds loss results I'm seeing.
