Wonder Worlds Art Studio runs this creative course for children aged 9 to 11, blending role-playing games, art, storytelling, improvisation and stop-motion animation. Each session opens with warm-up games, moves into role-play and character-building, takes a short break, then focuses on a creative project such as storyboarding, filming and sound recording. Over the course of the programme children work towards producing their own short animated films while developing teamwork and confidence. Sessions run on Monday afternoons in the Garden Room at The Mill and cost from £29.50 each; booking is via Wonder Worlds Art Studio's website.
