True Craft makes its pizza dough by hand on site and proves it for at least 48 hours, with toppings including Cobble Lane cured meats, Essex mozzarella and Shipton Mill flour. Its craft-beer selection changes regularly on draught, with bottles available to take home. The Walthamstow branch also serves sourdough flatbread sandwiches, salads and sides such as burrata with homemade pesto.
