Dinner is served aboard a 1967 Victoria line carriage, with the original tube seating, adverts and TfL signage still in place. The six-course menu draws on Latin American cuisines, from Mexico to Patagonia, while using seasonal British ingredients. One group of guests arrives together and eats at the same time, with vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options available on request.
