The London Borough of Waltham Forest has announced hearing sessions for its Local Plan Part 2: Site Allocations Examination. These sessions will take place at Waltham Forest Town Hall during the weeks beginning June 2 and June 30, 2025.

The hearings will focus on proposed site allocations and associated planning policies that shape future development in the borough. The sessions are part of the formal examination process led by an independent inspector.

Local residents, stakeholders, and developers who submitted written representations during the consultation phase may be invited to participate.

The Local Plan Part 2 complements the already adopted Part 1, detailing specific sites where growth, housing, and infrastructure are proposed over the next decade.
