Soho Theatre is celebrating its 25th anniversary with the opening of a new 1,000-seat venue in Walthamstow, East London. Known for launching the careers of talents like Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Soho Theatre is expanding beyond its iconic Dean Street location to bring West End-quality performances to Waltham Forest.

The new venue, housed in a converted 19th-century former Granada cinema, aims to host a wide range of theatre, comedy, and cabaret acts. According to the theatre’s leadership, the Walthamstow audience is expected to be 'unshockable,' building on the area's reputation for vibrant, diverse culture.
