A one-day course covering safe use of bandsaws, chopsaws, pillar drills and sanders while making a personalised kitchen chopping board from hardwood, with guidance on timber selection. Includes the mandatory Level 1 Health & Safety induction needed for future independent access to the machine shop. £145, 10am-4:30pm. The main Workshop and Cafe are wheelchair accessible with a ground-floor toilet, hearing loop and blue badge parking available; Studio 2 is not step-free.
