John B Sparkes ('Sparko'), Dr Feelgood's original bass player and founding member, is gigging again. Sparko's Going Back Home recreates the group's classic R&B sound forged on Canvey Island, laced with energetic rock 'n' roll. Sparko is joined by Eddie and The Hot Rods veteran Warren Kennedy on guitar and vocals and Steve Tolton on harmonica, backed by drummer Mat Hector (Iggy Pop, Thomas Dolby).
