Okan Ersan's Electric Band perform contemporary jazz fusion built on powerful grooves, intricate compositions and soaring guitar lines, blending jazz with progressive rock, world music and Eastern Mediterranean influences alongside spontaneous improvisation. The band features Okan Ersan on electric guitar, Jack Williams on piano and synthesiser, Joe Browne on saxophone, Giovanni Crescenzi on bass and Eric Ford on drums. It suits listeners interested in electric, genre-crossing jazz rather than a straight-ahead acoustic set. Doors open at 7pm with music from 8pm at All Saints Church, Highams Park. Tickets cost £20 in advance online, £25 on the door, or £10 for students aged 16+ and Musicians' Union members.
