Tutor Steph Linn guides participants through TIG and MIG welding, combining technical guidance, small exercises, experimentation and play to build metalworking confidence. Priority is given to those aligned with the Feminist Welding Club ethos, especially women, transgender, non-binary and genderqueer makers, inspired by Anna Zimmermann's Feminist Welding Club initiative. Sturdy shoes/boots are required; no trainers, shorts or synthetic fabrics for metalwork. Studio 2 has no step-free access and three flights of stairs; a hearing loop is available. Runs 6:30–9:30pm (3 hours). This session is fully booked, with a waiting list available.
