In 1973, at the height of Slade's fame, drummer Don Powell was seriously injured in a car accident that left him with brain injury and severe memory loss. Writer and performer Ian Pearce worked with Powell to turn his recovery into this one-man show, exploring what it meant to perform hit songs on stage in the US without being able to remember them. Powell appears in person alongside Pearce after the show to discuss the events and take audience questions.
