Ben Wilberforce-Ritchie leads a discussion on ethical decision-making in organisations, exploring how rule-based ethics, outcome-based thinking, care ethics and character virtues can lead to different conclusions about the same dilemma. Attendees learn a four-box ethical decision-making model and discuss how legality differs from morality.
