Held every Sunday in Walthamstow Town Square, this year-round farmers market brings together a range of independent producers offering the freshest farm produce from friendly stalls. Regular traders include Brambletye with biodynamic eggs, juice and vegetables, Hook and Son with unpasteurised dairy, Picks Organic selling meat, poultry and breakfast rolls, plus Ted's Veg and Wild Country Organics. Shoppers can also find fresh game, artisan cheeses, bread, vegan cakes and local honey. The market encourages sustainable shopping, asking visitors to bring their own bags and food containers to cut down on plastic use. Dogs are welcome, and while some stalls accept card payments, a Natwest ATM is available nearby on the town square for cash.
