Rock 'n' Roll Book Club & Sunday Ekstasis Presents JOY DIVISION ETERNAL The Unofficial Playback With Richard Boon & Dec Hickey

This Main Hall event is billed as an 'unofficial' screening of rare and previously unseen footage of Joy Division performing live, organised by the Walthamstow Rock 'n' Roll Book Club to mark the release of the band's new DVD boxset, Eternal. Manchester scene figure Richard Boon and author Dec Hickey join in conversation to share first-hand recollections from close to the band at the time. It runs for four hours on Sunday afternoon and suits Joy Division fans and anyone interested in Manchester post-punk history. There is no advance booking; tickets are available on the door only, priced £3 for members and £5 for non-members.
