Next Gen: Creative Employment Panel Talk

This panel brings together artists, makers and creative businesses to discuss how the next generation of Waltham Forest's creative talent can be supported into employment. Panellists will address equitable community work practices, how to build meaningful work-experience placements, and how organisations can grow their capacity to take on trainees and apprentices. The session also considers how craft and creative businesses can remain sustainable across generations. It's free to attend and open to anyone interested in creative careers, education or apprenticeships; booking isn't required but is encouraged so organisers can gauge numbers.
